The Law Firm of Benjamin D. Moore, P.C. is a family and matrimonial law firm located in Soho, Manhattan, and practicing in New York’s five boroughs, as well as Westchester and Nassau Counties.

The Firm was founded by Benjamin D. Moore, a former prosecutor who sought to create a law firm that would always put the client first and treat them as partners in the process of moving forward in what can be one of life’s most challenging times.

Ben and his legal team pride themselves on the attention and service given to their clients and recognize the importance of being reachable when challenges arise, even outside of business hours.
